May I modify or cancel my order once it’s placed?

Once we receive your order, it immediately enters our processing queue. If for any reason you need to modify your order by adding additional fabric, please contact me via phone. We are unable to modify or cancel an order after it has been cut.

Shipping & Returns

As a small business, we pride ourselves in processing our orders within a timely fashion. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, however we make every effort to ship orders the same day they are placed.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

May I return my order?

If for any reason you feel you need to return your order, please make sure the package is returned unopened. Upon receiving your package, we will inspect the fabric and confirm it is in the same condition it was in prior to being shipped. Once this has been completed, we will send a refund for the cost of the item less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
